Vibration Monitoring and Analysis System
Keywords:
Vibration Analysis, Predictive Maintenance, Actionable Diagnostics, SustainabilityAbstract
The project presents a low-cost system focused on Predictive Maintenance and the Internet of Things (IoT), designed for the early detection of equipment anomalies. The system uses an ESP32 microcontroller to convert raw vibration pulses, captured by a sensor, into actionable diagnostics.
Its main differentiator is the use of a Real-Time Operating System (FreeRTOS). This architecture ensures predictable analysis, allowing the capture of critical data to never be interrupted by concurrent tasks, such as the web interface. The system processes the data, classifies the severity of vibrations, and provides instant analysis through LEDs and a local web server.
