Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT) has been making cities smarter. In this context, the SmartVaga project offers an accessible solution to manage parking spaces on a university campus. The system detects and reports space availability in real time, allowing users to quickly locate free spots and reduce congestion. Sensors are essential for collecting data and optimizing the use of urban spaces, enhancing the drivers’ experience.
