Abstract

Solar energy is one of the main renewable alternatives for reducing costs and minimizing the environmental impacts of electricity generation. However, fixed panels do not take full advantage of the available sunlight throughout the day, which limits their efficiency. Solar tracking technologies allow panels to follow the movement of the sun, significantly increasing energy production. In addition, real-time monitoring systems make the process more transparent for users, enabling them to view generation, savings, and environmental impact. This project addresses both aspects by combining automation and monitoring to improve the performance of photovoltaic systems.
