Abstract

The population uses digital communication platforms, such as the website "ReclameAqui," to submit complaints about the city. However, these complaints are often disorganized and not easily accessible to public management. This project proposes an automated solution to collect, clean, and analyze these complaints, organizing them into useful and structured information.
