Automated Grain Weighing

Grain weighing, Agricultural automation, Grain transportation, SustainabilityAbstract
Currently, the process of loading grains, such as soybeans, corn, and wheat, is carried out predominantly in a semi-automated manner at storage and transportation facilities. First, the truck arrives empty at the site and passes over a weighbridge to record the initial weight, registering the tare. Then, the vehicle is positioned under silos equipped with a discharge funnel, where the flow of grains is released through manual or automatic gates.
