Abstract

Process automation is one of the pillars of Industry 4.0, especially in the automotive sector, where reliability and standardization of operations are essential. Lubricant replacement, although simple, is still predominantly performed manually, making it subject to operational errors, imprecise dosing, and improper disposal. The integration of sensors, electronic control, and HMI makes it possible to elevate this process to a new level of efficiency and safety, providing greater precision, traceability, and waste reduction.
