Abstract

Even with the advancement of renewable energies, there is still a lack of accessible solutions to analyze wind potential, especially in low-income communities (Oliveira, 2013). This project aims to fill this gap by developing a portable meter to assess the feasibility of vortex wind energy, using technologies such as the ESP32.
