Abstract

Home automation, or domotics, integrates modern technologies with the goal of providing convenience, security, and energy savings. With the advancement of the Internet of Things (IoT), it has become feasible to automate lighting, security, and climate control systems through sensors and virtual assistants. This project focuses on the construction of a functional model that demonstrates, in a didactic way, the benefits of these technologies applied to domestic environments.
