Automation of a Water Supply System
Keywords:
Industrial Automation, Water Resources, Ladder Programming, SustainabilityAbstract
Water supply is an essential element for the proper functioning of any institution, being indispensable for carrying out daily activities. However, many supply systems still operate manually, resulting in waste, supply failures, and higher operational costs. In this context, automation emerges as an efficient and sustainable alternative, allowing precise consumption control and optimized management of water resources.
The simulation developed using the CODESYS software enables visualization of the entire system. Through the ladder program and the software’s visualization interface (HMI), its execution provides real-time updates to facilitate understanding.
