Abstract

Maintenance companies, such as R&W, face challenges in organizing the schedules of their field technicians. Efficient management of these services is essential for smooth operations. Many tools on the market have limitations regarding service time, team integration, and implementation costs. This project aimed to find a practical, functional, and low-cost solution by analyzing options such as proprietary systems, SaaS platforms, and Google Calendar.
