DIGITAL FRIEND: TECHNOLOGY MADE SIMPLE

Today, more than 88% of Brazilians use the internet. However, among those over 45 years old, 1 in 3 are still digitally excluded — representing about 25 million people. Digital exclusion prevents access to essential services such as banking, healthcare, job opportunities, and connection with family, harming autonomy and quality of life. Aiming to promote digital inclusion in an increasingly digitalized world, the Amigo Digital project was structured as a social impact organization that offers and promotes in-person courses, lectures, and workshops for people aged 45+ on new technologies.
