Abstract

This project aims to modernize communication between the production and maintenance departments of a factory. The current system, based on physical notes, has issues such as information loss, delays, and disorganization. The proposal is to create a digital application for real-time recording of incidents, increasing efficiency and reducing maintenance response time.
