Abstract

This project was developed at Moura Baterias, located in Itapetininga, with the objective of improving the efficiency of internal logistics processes. Based on technical visits and an organizational diagnosis, bottlenecks were identified in cargo handling, prompting an analysis of the feasibility of acquiring a new forklift. To support decision-making, a comparative matrix was applied considering technical, financial, and strategic criteria, enabling a well-founded and advantageous choice for the company.
