Abstract

This study focuses primarily on supporting decision-making based on factors identified by the team and provided by Produzindo Engenharia.

The company requires solutions that enable the mass issuance of digital certificates in an automated manner, as the courses offered have a large number of students and the current process is manual. This generates issues related to security, productivity, and the user experience for the platform’s students.
