Abstract

The organization of the layout is essential for the operational efficiency of companies, especially in the industrial sector. A well-planned layout facilitates the flow of materials, reduces losses, and improves productivity. This project aims to apply production engineering concepts to the warehouse of LF Auto Center, which specializes in hydraulic hoses for trucks, forklifts, and tractors.
