Abstract

In the industrial scenario, competitiveness is intense and efficiency is crucial. Through an intelligent layout, waste and bottlenecks are reduced, promoting a safer and more ergonomic work environment. Therefore, this project aims to adapt and improve the storage area layout of Dacoli Alimentos, in Porto Feliz, in order to improve the logistics flow.
