Abstract

This project aims to improve the supply of assembly cells in an automotive company, seeking to increase production efficiency and reduce manual movements by operators. The initiative is part of the Experimental Projects Workshop (UPX) course, applying concepts of internal logistics, ergonomics, and industrial layout.
