Abstract

This project aims to optimize the layout of an axle and mobility systems industry for commercial vehicles, seeking to improve workflow, reduce movements, and increase employee safety. The proposal, developed within the scope of the Experimental Projects Workshop (UPx) course, applies lean manufacturing principles and physical reorganization without altering existing processes.
