Abstract

Everest Engenharia is considering migrating to an integrated system to improve operational efficiency and productivity. This change may bring benefits such as integrated and easily accessible information, workflow optimization, and a unified, real-time view of operations. The company aims to make an informed decision by using the Decision Matrix technique to evaluate the available options and choose the best solution.
