Sustainable Drainage and Ecological Landscaping – DSPE Project
Keywords:
Sustainable drainage, Ecological landscaping, Urban resilience, SustainabilityAbstract
To combat flooding and soil impermeabilization, sustainable drainage and ecological landscaping emerge as effective solutions. Techniques such as rain gardens, permeable pavements, and the use of native vegetation increase water infiltration, reduce floods, and enhance urban spaces. In this way, the project proposes low-cost practices that contribute to sustainability, well-being, and urban resilience.
