Abstract

The company operates in the purchase, processing, and export of metal waste, primarily aluminum. It receives materials from various cooperatives and partner industries, performs sorting and pressing, and sends them to recycling foundries in Brazil and abroad. This project aims to translate advanced concepts of simulation and circularity into concrete, low-cost solutions adapted to this operational reality, focusing on process improvement and changes in the daily routines of operators.
