Abstract

The smart bin is an innovative solution to recurring societal problems, such as poor waste management and the spread of diseases. To achieve this goal, the initial idea is to develop a bin equipped with sensors that detect its fill level, together with a data center that receives, organizes, and maps the internal waste level information generated through the integration of the sensors with the ESP32.
