Abstract

The project was designed to unlock operational efficiency in the company’s surface treatment process, mitigating critical quality bottlenecks and enhancing the performance of the production chain. The initiative originated from mapping chemical losses and the need to increase industrial competitiveness in the face of rising costs and greater pressure for sustainability.
