Abstract

The study of stability and viability in emulsion formulations is present in several industries. In addition to this challenge, the pharmaceutical industry seeks to replace polluting and imported raw materials in order to become more sustainable and less dependent on imports. This project aimed to research and develop a stable phytotherapeutic emulsion formulation for topical use in burn treatments, using nationally sourced ingredients.
