Abstract

This work presents an access control system based on license plate recognition for the rapid opening of barriers, overcoming the slowness and inaccuracy of traditional methods such as QR codes or facial recognition. The project is driven by the need to optimize vehicle flow and prevent congestion in locations such as parking lots and residential complexes.
