Abstract

Inventory management is essential for operational efficiency, as material control directly influences productivity and competitiveness. To optimize processes, the 5S method was applied in conjunction with Power BI. Currently, inventory control is carried out manually using spreadsheets.

At Companhia Brasileira de Alumínio (CBA), the use of these tools enables efficient inventory management, supporting continuous and reliable administration of materials.

The project is aligned with ESG principles and with SDGs 9 and 12, contributing to a sustainable, innovative, and efficient operation.
