Abstract

As a premise of always seeking better results, this article proposes the reliability analysis of a bottle labeller, in which the equipment is classified as critical within its production process. All failures in the period were analyzed and identified which failure mode had the greatest relevance. Then, assuming the extinction of this failure mode, using quality and reliability tools, a new calculation will be carried out and a considerable increase in the reliability and availability of the equipment will be verified.
